Ms. Brenda Berg

Hello!

Thanks for taking time to stop by. My name is Ms. Berg and you can usually find me in the library, or Media Center, as it is sometimes called. I also have classes in the computer lab next door so you might see me in there, too. 

     I have been with the district for 10 years. Prior to coming to Blooming Prairie I worked various jobs, all with children. I was a pre-school teacher and staff supervisor at a day care center. I was an education coordinator at a museum where I organized school tours as well implement new activities in the kids discovery area. I was also an educational assistant in a school library. It was the last position that helped me decide this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life so went back to college. Now I’m a Media Specialist and I love my job! Helping students connect with a book or author they like or watching the love of reading develop is something that warms my heart.
