“Deck of Cards Workout”
Shuffle your deck of cards, then draw a card to see your activity. For example, If you draw a queen of hearts you need to do 12 CRUNCHES (sit-ups).  Now draw the next card and follow the chart below. Do this for 20 min. at least three times this week.

Exercise makes us strong, body and mind.
